Great and unbeatable location in Leeds, just off nice restaurants as well as the centre of Headingley.

The standard twin room is cheap and unique. A bathroom is equipped with a bathtub. The location is good and unbeatable, as the hotel is based next to Headingly stadium.

Staff were supper friendly and outstandingly accommodating!

Actually, the room was decent sized and recently refurbished with all required facilities. The decor was convenient. The location was unbeatable - just next door to town centre, all the Headingley shops, bars and cafes/restaurants and the 

New-fashioned and en suite room with shower above, books, for instance, and smoke detectors too for guests' safety.

Really enjoyed the room with all required facilities, my bed was exceptionally comfortable. I had coffee and a kettle.

Every time in Leeds we stay in this hotel. Perfect and clean place to stay in, it has superfriendly staff at reception desk.

By and large, it was useful base for sightseeing in Leeds, had much fun and met very very helpful and outstandingly accommodating staff at reception desk.

Perfect, fairly clean place with superfriendly staff at reception desk. Magnificent and incredible location, close to a bus stop. Also - right by Headingley's shops and bars as well as local bars, restaurants and other amenities.  

Really lovely base for one night. Comfortable and quaint accommodation with fab setting near to town centre, the headingley stadium and the restaurants and shops of Headingley. Good and savoury meals.  

The property was quaint and ideal with polite staff at reception desk. The property's location was amazing and fab, down the hill.

The location was marvellous in a lovely residential neighborhood and the staff here was pleasant. Moreover, it was not far from the headingley stadium as well as Headingley's shops and bars.

The breakfast was freshly cooked and great and there was a wide array of food to choose from. The location was great - adjacent to the hill, town centre, and easy transport links to Leeds city centre.  

The Butlers Hotel in Leeds was extremely welcoming with friendly staff. The building had charming original features, including a bookcase filled with old books and beautiful wooden furniture. The bed was comfortable and the vegetarian breakfast was
